Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an Area Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across multiple offices.

You will partner with leadership to drive talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with labor and licensing requirements in a fast-paced, distributed workforce. The ideal candidate brings hands-on HR leadership in multi-site environments, strong knowledge of employment law, and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and labor relations.
• Two+ years leading HR functions across multiple office locations.
• Experience with unionized workforces and collective bargaining agreements.
• Experience in security, facilities, or distributed workforce environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations across multiple offices within the assigned area.
• Partner with District Managers and Area VP to achieve workforce and business goals.
• Manage and coach HR team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee recruitment strategies and staffing initiatives to meet branch hiring demands.
• Provide guidance and resolution on employee relations issues involving hourly employees.
• Support labor relations activities, including interpretation and administration of union contracts.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and applicable employment regulations.
• Assist with workforce planning, performance management, investigations, and policy implementation.
• Analyze workforce trends and provide recommendations to operational leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
