Alpha Supported Living Services in Kirkland, WA, is seeking an HR and Compliance Manager for a nonprofit organization focused on residential services and community inclusion. You will lead HR operations, compliance, benefits, payroll, and training to support staff and clients across King, Snohomish, and Spokane counties.

You will supervise the HR Generalist team, partner with the CHRO, and drive process improvements to support agency growth and program expansion.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years HR and training experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of employment regulations.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily HR Generalist team activities and policy compliance.
• Oversee HR compliance, audits, safety programs, and OSHA logs.
• Manage benefits, open enrollment, and 403(b) retirement program.
• Coordinate HR systems, payroll, and data reporting for leadership.
• Partner with CHRO and leaders on workforce planning and employee relations.
