Job summary

Skilled Rehabilitation of Kirkland is seeking an Human Resources Coordinator to handle payroll liaison duties, benefits administration, and compliance for new hires. The role requires strong HR experience and excellent communication skills.

In this on-site position, you will support recruitment, scheduling, and general HR tasks across the facility, with opportunities to contribute to payroll and benefits processes and ensure regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in an HR or staffing setting.
• Background or degree in HR strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of human resource administration.
• Inter-personal, organizational and problem-solving skills required.
• Must have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and complete schedules for different facility departments.
• Coordinate payroll timecards and issues as payroll liaison.
• Coordinate employee benefits as liaison between Payroll and Benefits.
• Ensure compliance for new hires including background checks, credentialing.
• Managing recruitment needs by screening and interviewing applicants.
• Handles HR duties including disciplinary actions, payroll status changes, terminations.
