Job summary

Generational Care in Richland, WA is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our nonprofit HR team. This hands-on role will own recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave administration, HRIS data, and compliance from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in HR or related field with at least three years of HR experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent combination may be considered.
• Minimum of three (3) years of HR experience in progressively responsible roles.
• Experience with HRIS or other employee information systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR resource regarding policies, procedures, benefits, and HR matters.
• Support employee relations, investigations, and documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, background checks, and I-9 requirements.
