Generational Care in Richland, WA is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to join our nonprofit HR team. You will own end-to-end HR processes from recruitment to onboarding, benefits, leave administration, and HRIS management.

This role requires initiative, strong organization, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with staff across programs like Home Care, Meals on Wheels, and Healthy Ages.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum of three years HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
