Job summary

Strategic Focus, LLC is seeking an HR & Client Services Lead to manage day-to-day HR operations for multiple nonprofits and client accounts in Dallas, TX. This role reports to the Principal / CEO and supports both client service delivery and internal operations, including education services.

The ideal candidate brings a strong HR foundation, judgment, and the ability to work independently within defined parameters while escalating high-risk matters to the Principal.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR compliance, and HR operations.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or client groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary day-to-day HR contact for assigned clients, including nonprofits and small to mid-sized organizations.
• Execute onboarding, offboarding, policy implementation, and compliance tracking.
• Draft and support delivery of employee relations documentation (corrective actions, written warnings, PIPs, termination documentation).
• Partner with client leadership to support recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening coordination, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain HR documentation, audit readiness, and personnel file integrity across client accounts.
• Support implementation of HR best practices aligned with client goals and organizational standards.
