Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Manager, HR Consultant to provide expert guidance on change management, communication and human capital strategies for Operations projects impacting our stores and associates.

You will partner with store leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure timely involvement and value delivery, while serving as a change management champion to turn programs into measurable associate experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in HR or change management.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and communication for Operations projects impacting stores.
• Partner with HR COEs and store leadership to drive people-focused solutions.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and change management metrics.
