Job summary

Home Depot is seeking a District Human Resources Manager (DHRM) to partner with district leadership across 6–13 stores, driving talent readiness, engagement, and compliance. You will lead talent management, leadership development, associate relations, and workforce planning to build high-performing teams and an inclusive culture.

You will guide HR operations, use Salesforce/Workday data insights, and support openings, closures, and restructurings while ensuring a positive associate experience

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding and development efforts for district stores.
• Manage associate relations, workplace culture, investigations, and communications.
• Drive change initiatives and align people strategies with business goals.
• Oversee learning, training, and performance enablement across the district.
• Leverage HR tools and data analytics to improve compliance and outcomes.
• Support talent strategy, succession planning and leadership development.
