Job summary

The Sr. Manager, HR Consultant at The Home Depot will provide expertise on change management, communication and human capital strategies for Operations projects affecting our stores and associates.

The role partners with operations leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure timely, effective HR involvement and a strong associate experience. They will champion change management, offer thought leadership on HR processes, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Compensation, Talent

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR/change management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional HR Centers of Excellence.
• Strong communication and storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and HR communications for Operations projects.
• Partner with business and COEs to deliver end-to-end HR solutions.
• Document risks, issues and lessons learned; drive mitigation.
• Provide thought leadership on HR processes affecting associates.
