firstPRO, Inc is seeking an HR Generalist/HRBP to serve as a go-to resource for employee relations and to manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles. The role focuses on improving HR workflows, partnering with leadership on workforce planning, and coordinating onboarding while maintaining compliant personnel records.

The position is onsite in a collaborative environment with opportunities to drive process automation and cross-functional HR initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience across employee relations, recruiting, and process improvement.
• Experience independently handling employee relations issues, investigations, and performance conversations.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience with ability to manage a requisition load efficiently.
• Strong technical skills and HRIS proficiency; automation or systems projects are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Training and development experience in financial services, insurance, or regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as go-to resource for employee relations, including performance matters, workplace investigations, and escalations.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing strategies, interviews, offer coordination, and candidate experience.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives to streamline and automate HR workflows, systems, and documentation.
• Partner with managers and leadership on workforce planning, talent decisions, and day-to-day HR questions.
• Coordinate onboarding, support training and development programs, and maintain accurate personnel records in compliance with employment laws.
