firstPRO, Inc in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an HR Specialist for a hybrid role. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and workforce planning while partnering with leadership and the legal team to ensure compliant HR practices.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of HR generalist experience, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and strong skills in policy writing, training, and relationship building.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-functional or generalist role.
• Experience with policy writing, recruiting, workforce planning, training and development, and performance management.
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with the energy and drive to build a function from the ground up.
• Schedule: Fully onsite initially, transitioning to a hybrid schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding while delivering a strong candidate and employee experience.
• Coordinate the performance review process and support managers with coaching and employee development.
• Support workforce planning and staffing needs across the organization and its affiliated companies.
• Partner with leadership and the in-house legal team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
