You will drive talent acquisition, brand-building, and core HR operations, including compensation, performance management, and global benefits, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience in high-performing organizations.
• 4+ years in a management or director level role.
• Direct experience reporting to or working with a founder/owner.
• Experience building/managing an HR department in a small-to-mid-sized company (30–100 employees).
• Startup mindset with accountability and problem-solving attitude.
