Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultant and business partner on HR issues for assigned units.
• Recruit for exempt and nonexempt positions and coordinate interviews.
• Act as liaison at job fairs and evaluate references and history.
• Oversee onboarding, job postings, and creation of job descriptions.
• Support compliance, investigations, and employee relations to reduce risk.
