Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree (or high school diploma or equivalent with additional related experience).
• At least 2 years of Human Resources or banking experience (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultant and business partner in assigned business units on HR issues.
• Conduct recruitment for exempt and nonexempt positions to fill roles timely.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure paperwork is complete and questions answered.
• Manage job postings and assist with EEO-1, Vets-100, and affirmative action plans.
• Investigate employee relations issues and support performance coaching.
• Maintain organizational charts and manage compensation discussions per policy.
