You will work to build relationships, meet sales and service goals, and collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college education preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year related customer experience and sales experience required.
• Strong dedication and motivation to achieving sales, service, and operational results and exceeding expectations.
• Ability to produce individual and team sales and customer experience results.
• Knowledgeable of the financial services industry and local community to better serve the customer.

Responsibilities

• Drive a best in class branch experience in service execution, sales execution and operational excellence.
• Create a daily plan focused on deepening customer relationships and consistent service standards.
• Partner with Branch Manager to achieve service, sales and operational goals.
• Execute and role model the bank's service standards in every customer interaction.
• Resolve customer issues by owning the problem and acting as a liaison between the customer and bank.
• Remain self-motivated to achieve optimal sales and service results weekly, monthly and yearly.
• Identify additional needs during customer interactions and make appropriate recommendations.
• Maintain partnerships with other lines of business to drive profitable relationships.
• Participate in community activities as a representative of Renasant Bank.
