Job summary

Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP) are essential. The successful candidate will lead site HR activities, oversee interviews, onboarding, safety audits, and compliance with regulations while coordinating with corporate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• Payroll and benefits processing experience.
• Solid Excel experience (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Be the HR representative for the site and manage interviews, onboarding and offboarding, safety audits, etc.
• Support and facilitate training activities within the facility
• Maintain HR documentation and coordinate with corporate
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting
• Perform onboarding and exit interviews for new hires
• Promote safe work practices and conduct safety inspections
• Manage facility tours and safety inspections
• Investigate workplace accidents and process workers' compensation claims
• Utilize Microsoft Office for reporting including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
