West Shore Home is seeking an Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the onsite HR liaison for Indianapolis locations. You will partner with front-line leaders, General Managers, and the Regional VP of Operations to guide HR policies and the employee lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, 5+ years in HR, and SHRM/HRCI certification preferred, with up to 30% travel. It is an onsite, full-time position offering comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience.
• Travel up to 30% per year.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary HR liaison for assigned locations.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, workforce concerns, and employee life cycle support.
• Coach leaders to address workplace issues and performance challenges.
• Ensure policy compliance across locations with leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of ADA, FMLA, and FLSA to reduce legal risk.
