Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist for a manufacturing facility near Neenah.

The role will drive engagement and a positive employee experience through change management and clear communication. Responsibilities include executing HR processes, policies, and programs; supporting Total Rewards and payroll; managing I-9 compliance, leaves of absence, and audits; and maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development.
• 3+ years related HR experience in a manufacturing organization.
• SHRM/HRCI certifications a plus.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Knows and follows all safety policies and procedures. Ensures that co-workers are also following safety rules.
• Maintains employee and business confidentiality; protects privacy of internal customers as required by federal and state regulations.
• Maintains knowledge of and learns legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting is in compliance with said rules and regulations.
• Responsible for acquisition responsibilities; job posting; sorting applicants; interviewing; job offer; and new hire orientation.
• Provide support for Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit Programs
• Responsible for accurate and compliant I-9 completion including annual purge process and periodic auditing, updating when applicable.
• Manages leaves of absence (disability, FMLA) requests and return to work issues with employees, managers, and third-party administrators.
• Manages payroll process for the facility.
• Responds to unemployment claims.
• Updates departmental SOP’s when changes take place. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
• Participates in audits by customers as needed to provide HR support. Prepares requested documentation and facilitates employee interviews as needed to fill hourly vacancies.
