Job summary

ATI Specialty Materials Monroe Division seeks an experienced HR leader to advance HR generalist activities, leadership development, performance management, retention and employee relations while ensuring consistent policy administration across the Monroe division. • Minimum 4-year College Degree (or equivalent experience).
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR talent development by coaching and guiding HR Business Partners at each facility.

• Maintain compliant, policy-driven HR programs across facilities.
• Oversee performance management processes, merit documentation and retention initiatives.
• Ensure effective employee communications and training for staff and leaders.
