Job summary

ATI Materials is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner located in the Greater Milwaukee Area. You will lead HR initiatives within the Operations Team, advising employees and management on HR matters and supporting labor relations, talent acquisition, and engagement.

You will collaborate with HR partners to implement strategies, monitor HR metrics, and drive accountability for HR goals in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting, helping ATI continue to perform with its proven materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR Business Partner role (manufacturing) or 5+ years in non-manufacturing.
• Master’s Degree preferred in HRM or related field.
• Experience supporting labor relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
• Develop, communicate, and execute labor relations strategies within operations.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
• Support talent acquisition process and hiring managers.
• Support and execute talent management efforts.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring HR metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support HR initiatives.
