Job summary

ATI is seeking a Manufacturing Learning and Development Specialist to join the Forged Products team at the Cudahy, WI facility. This role supports leadership development, delivers training across processes, and manages the LMS with metrics reporting.

The ideal candidate has instructional design experience, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Domestic travel to ATI locations may be required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business or education with at least two years’ of instructional design experience is required.
• Experience facilitating formal training sessions with groups, in-person or virtual.
• Experience with planning and coordinating events/training programs.
• Experience as an LMS administrator (e.g., Cornerstone).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or with learning and development in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to support execution of leadership development programs from kickoff through graduation.
• Deliver training sessions across processes and levels using classroom, e-learning and on‑the‑job methods.
• Design, develop and maintain training materials and presentations.
• Serve as Administrator for ATI’s LMS and provide regular program metrics reports.
• Coordinate logistics for training events and support other ATI learning initiatives.
