Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or equivalent.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and adapt to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders and translate business needs into people solutions.
• Lead integrations, mergers, acquisitions, and complex workforce transitions.
• Develop and implement workforce plans with HR leadership.
• Partner with executives and clients to ensure successful people strategies.
• Travel as required to client sites and corporate offices.
