Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support client engagements across the United States. You will advise leaders, shape workforce strategies, and ensure alignment of human capital initiatives with business goals.

The role requires up to 50% travel and a strong background in HR disciplines, with proficiency in MS Office and Workday. A bachelor's in HR or related field is preferred, along with professional HR certification.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Five+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner role; experience with integrations and multi-site operations preferred.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; travel up to 50% expected.
• Knowledge of HR laws; familiarity with Workday and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Act as strategic HR partner to leaders, influencing decisions and balancing needs, risk, and feasibility.
• Develop workforce plans, onboarding programs, and action plans to address quality, safety, productivity, engagement, and succession planning.
• Provide guidance on HR policies during integrations and large-scale changes.
• Travel as required to client sites or corporate offices for project execution.
