Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner, Integrations, to guide people strategies during customer integrations, mergers, and complex workforce transitions. This remote role partners with executives and operations to translate business needs into practical, people-centered solutions that support a seamless transition and long-term success.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business, 5+ years in HR, and certifications like

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Five+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience operating as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable consultative role.
• Experience supporting integrations, mergers and acquisitions, or multi-site operations is strongly preferred.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR) preferred.
• Knowledge of HR laws.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

• Advise leaders, influencing decisions while balancing associate needs, business priorities, risk, and feasibility.
• Think strategically while maintaining attention to detail and ownership of execution.
• Executive presence and exceptional communication skills across audiences from frontline to senior executives.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills in in-person and virtual environments.
• Advanced problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Comfort working with workforce data and HR systems; intermediate Excel skills required.
