Job summary

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner I-II at our Avon, IN location. You will partner with leadership to deliver HR programs, coach managers, and support talent management in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or 7+ years’ experience with an associate degree.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law and regulatory compliance.
• Experience partnering with leaders in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred.
