Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. in Avon, IN is seeking a Workforce Management Process Analyst to maintain and optimize our labor standards and workforce systems. Travel between Avon and Danville, IL.

You will conduct time studies, develop labor standards, analyze data, and train supervisors on tools and reporting. A Bachelor's degree is preferred with 4–6 years in related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered; 8–10 years in industry may substitute for a degree.
• 4–6 years in warehouse, distribution, industrial engineering, workforce management, or related operations environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the workforce management system and partner with operations leadership to improve productivity and resource utilization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain labor standards for warehouse operations; conduct time studies and workflow analysis.
• Maintain layouts, process maps, and operational flow documentation; analyze data to identify labor and process improvements.
• Review workforce management reports with supervisors; train staff on tools, reporting processes, labor standards, and performance measurement.
• Validate labor standards and recommend corrective actions when changes occur; support continuous improvement initiatives.
