Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc is seeking an HR Business Partner I-II to join our Avon, IN team. This role partners with client groups to align HR programs with business goals, coaching leaders and driving engagement while ensuring legal compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• HR Business Partner I – Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business field; or 7+ years’ experience with related associate degree.
• HR Business Partner II – Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business field; Master’s in HR/Industrial & Labor Relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to assigned client groups.
• Implement HR programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Support investigations and present findings to Legal.
• Partner with leadership to drive engagement and performance.
• Lead HR initiatives including organizational development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Support continuous improvement efforts.
