Job summary

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. seeks a Workforce Management Process Analyst to maintain and optimize the workforce management system across Avon, IN and Danville, IL with travel between sites.

You will develop labor standards, conduct time studies, manage data, and train staff to improve productivity and efficiency. The role emphasizes collaboration with operations leadership, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement in safety, quality, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, industrial engineering, workforce management, or related operations.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Equivalent industry experience of 8-10 years may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the workforce management system with operations leadership.
• Develop, implement, and maintain labor standards for warehouse operations.
• Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to set performance expectations.
• Maintain warehouse layouts, process maps, and operation flow documentation.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify labor and process improvements.
• Review workforce management reports with supervisors and management.
• Train supervisors and staff on workforce management tools and processes.
• Maintain system data including job codes, equipment, access, and schedules.
• Validate labor standards and advise on corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, productivity.
• Evaluate labor adjustment requests for data accuracy.
