Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a multi-site organization.
• 3+ years in HR business partnering.
• Experience in distribution/warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies and systems.
• Ability to translate national strategies at local level.
• Experience handling performance management and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel 40-50%.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
