Job summary

LM Restaurants is seeking an HR Business Partner to build great teams and leaders across a large restaurant operation in Raleigh, NC. You’ll source top talent, partner with district and general managers, and act as a trusted advisor on people decisions.

You’ll develop leaders, coach through tough conversations, and drive HR programs that improve retention, engagement, and performance. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality, multi-unit environments.
• HRCI or SHRM certification required.
• Strong recruiting and talent sourcing experience.
• Experience with employee relations investigations and coaching leaders.
• Natural consultant who builds trust while challenging leaders when needed.

Responsibilities

• Find Great People: source talent through networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Partner with District Managers and General Managers to understand hiring needs.
• Investigate employee relations concerns and guide leaders to the right path.
• Coach leaders through difficult conversations, performance issues, and concerns.
• Develop leaders and build teams by identifying high-potential employees and supporting succession plans.
• Lead HR projects and programs to improve team experience and leadership development.
