Job summary

Red Bull North America is seeking an administrative HR Assistant to support a fast-paced team. The role requires 3+ years in admin, 2+ years in HR, a bachelor's in HR or related field, and strong organizational skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience required, preferably in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and/or fast-paced environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field OR equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple administrative and operational tasks.
  • Strong project management skills with the proven ability to develop and drive innovative programs, initiatives and solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively cross functionally with a geographically dispersed team.
