Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for US Field Sales in Raleigh, NC.

This role partners with Sales Directors and Managers to align talent strategy with business needs, delivering data-driven HR solutions across the employee lifecycle. You will work on talent management, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and employee relations for the US field sales group.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a fast paced environment.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting Director level clients and driving full talent lifecycle actions.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work across functions to align HR and business strategies.
• Demonstrated record of driving results and talent strategies in a dynamic business.
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure and analyze key metrics.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority.
• Multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel 10% and support teams across US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the talent agenda with Sales Directors and Managers.
• Identify people opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with leadership on HR processes, guidelines, and issues.
• Coach and advise on complex employee relations matters.
• Lead career planning, performance management, and development initiatives.
• Implement Align’s human capital strategy around organization design and culture.
• Close gaps via training and developmental opportunities.
• Lead US HR projects with a continuous improvement mindset.
