Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner at its Rhode Island production facility to support the site under the Regional HRBP. You will partner with hourly teams, supervisors and management to align HR strategy with rapid growth and operational needs.

This role emphasizes employee relations, program execution, and cross-functional collaboration within the People team to scale culture, payroll, compliance and leave policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or organizational development preferred.
• 2+ years HR support or HRBP experience.
• Experience supporting production, high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Experience with large hourly workforces and regional support is a plus.
• Excellent communication with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hourly teams, supervisors and site leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Execute employee relations, investigations and provide guidance to managers.
• Manage site administrative routines: onboarding, pay changes, data maintenance, safety records, etc.
• Roll-out and maintain HR programs for scalable operations.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across the site leadership and People team.
• Understand employment law and leave policies; collaborate with Total Rewards.
• Support talent and performance management initiatives and project work.
