Job summary

Green Thumb Industries seeks an Associate HR Business Partner to support the Rhode Island production facility. The role collaborates with hourly teams, supervisors and site leadership to scale HR programs and ensure compliance.

You will execute HR initiatives, manage employee relations, onboarding, and data maintenance while partnering with the Regional HRBP and other People Team members to drive growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or organizational development preferred.
• HR certifications (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to interface with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Support hourly teams, supervisors, and management with employee relations.
• Administer onboarding, data maintenance, and compliance activities at the Rhode Island facility.
• Roll out scalable HR programs and processes.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence on Talent, Rewards, and Employee Relations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and leave policies.
