You will translate technology priorities into people and organizational strategies, shaping workforce plans, organizational design, talent development, performance, and engagement across a global R&D organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources or HR Business Partner.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin for APAC collaboration.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Security, Privacy, or Trust & Safety.
• Proven ability to lead talent management, organizational design, and performance strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategy supporting engineering, security, and privacy roadmaps.
• Act as primary HRBP for a global department across multiple time zones.
• Provide strategic coaching on organizational design and global team structuring.
• Advise on talent assessment, career pathing, and succession planning for specialized roles.
• Lead resolution of complex employee relations issues while maintaining psychological safety.
• Oversee full-cycle performance management with calibrated goal-setting.
• Use people data to provide insights on team health and retention bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with CoEs to design compensation, engagement, and talent acquisition solutions.
