Job summary

TikTok is seeking a People Partner for Global Functions in Los Angeles. You will partner with business leaders across the Americas to manage the full employee lifecycle, drive strategic talent initiatives, and optimize organizational effectiveness.

You will collaborate with Corporate HR teams, ER, and Legal to ensure compliance and foster a high-performing culture while supporting structural changes and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Generalist/People Partner)
• Experience across employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and HR programs/operations
• Preferred: HRBP experience supporting Legal, Finance, or Corporate Services in a high-growth or matrixed tech environment

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end People Partner processes including transfers, structural realignments, seating management, and HR system accuracy with HR Ops.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues; ensure compliance with policies and regulations; assist with investigations with Legal/ER teams.
• Advise leaders on org design, workforce planning, headcount modeling, and span-and-layer optimization.
• Drive performance review cycles; coach managers on feedback, talent assessment, and succession planning.
• Monitor HR metrics and analytics to diagnose trends and deliver proactive talent solutions.
