Job summary

Included Health seeks an Associate HR Business Partner to advise leaders in the Care organization on people-related matters, drive performance management, and support accommodations with sound judgment and empathy.

The role partners with Supervisors and Managers across a large non-exempt population to foster a high-performing, inclusive workplace, handling complex employee relations and policy matters.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, or performance management.
• Experience supporting non-exempt employees and high-volume environments.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary advisor for leaders within the Care organization.
• Own performance-management for assigned leaders and teams.
• Advise leaders through performance, conduct, and policy matters with sound judgment.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and templates to improve manager capability.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and inform talent decisions.
• Develop and improve performance management resources and communications.
• Provide employee-relations support and ensure compliant practices.
• Act as SME on work-related issues including accommodations and wage/hour compliance.
• Collaborate with Talent Management, HR Operations, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Legal.
