Job summary

Eaton is seeking a strategic, hands-on HR Business Partner/Multi-Site HR Manager to support a multi-site manufacturing and distribution network (4 locations, over 700 employees) in Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina. Relocation assistance is available to the Raleigh area from within the US. Minimal travel is expected (~10%).

The expected annual salary range is $130,000 - $190,000 plus a variable incentive program. Salaries are based on skills, experience and market considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of professional human resources experience.
• Manufacturing industry/operations environment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site and functional leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Coach and influence managers to improve leadership effectiveness.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Drive workforce planning, retention strategies, and talent development.
• Initiate and lead HR projects focused on leadership development, engagement, and culture.
• Analyze workforce data to inform decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain strong site presence through regular travel and partnership with operations.
• Manage a small team of HR professionals.
