Job summary

CMC Hotels is seeking an energetic HR Recruiting & Talent Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Raleigh, NC. This role leads full-cycle recruiting, supports new hire engagement through day 90, and builds internal leadership development programs across our hotel portfolio.

The position partners with General Managers, Department Leaders, and HR Specialists to meet staffing needs while creating a strong internal leadership pipeline across the organization.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, HR, hospitality, or talent development experience preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel between properties as needed.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, recruiting platforms, or LMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned properties across the portfolio.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates aligned with culture and needs.
• Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout selection.
• Prepare and extend offer letters per company standards.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines for high-turnover roles.
• Ensure job postings are active and accurate across platforms.
• Own new hire engagement and 90-day retention programs.
• Support leadership development and MIT programs.
• Partner with schools and community programs for recruiting.
• Provide workforce planning updates to HR leadership.
