Job summary

APL Logistics is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HRBP in managing the employee lifecycle, from recruitment through onboarding, engagement, and separations. You will collaborate with regional teams to drive effective hiring, ensure accurate onboarding, and support operations across NAM with payroll and compliance responsibilities.

The role involves partnership with the OD and Finance teams, participation in employer branding activities, and adherence to local HR policies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years HR experience in an office environment.
• Familiarity with HR processes and policies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding in the country, including creating requisitions, posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and sending offers.
• Coordinate requisitions approvals with business leaders and regional HR teams; assist offline proxy approvals when needed.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and post-surveys to identify improvements.
• Support compensation-related matters, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with HRBP and Finance.
