You will partner with business leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, and development initiatives to align people programs with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in HR Generalist/HRBP roles.
• Experience supporting a multi-state workforce with U.S. employment law knowledge.
• Proficiency with HRIS (Dayforce or similar) and MS Office; ability to use HR data for decisions.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics; PHR/SPHR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership to the Managed Services Division and advise on talent strategies.
• Partner with leaders and Corporate HR to address organizational challenges and deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and coaching.
• Support organizational change initiatives and workforce transitions; assist onboarding and performance processes.
• Lead or contribute to HR initiatives, measure impact with data and dashboards.
