Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner for a hybrid role based in Boston, MA. You will blend HR strategy with hands-on HR operations, employee relations and performance management in a fast-growing startup environment.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of progressive HR experience, leadership background, and exceptional communication skills to drive people programs and compliance across the organization.

• Experience working in HR in a small company/startup environment.
• Previous management experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Systems savvy with strong analytical skills.

• Develop and drive HR strategy in partnership with business leadership.

HR Business Partner Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 2-3x/week) A fast-growing startup client in Boston, MA, is looking to hire an HR Business Partner who has a blended HRBP & Generalist skillset. They are looking to hire someone who is comfortable taking on HR strategy as well as being hands on with HR operations, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and more.
