Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and process improvement initiatives within HR Operations, identifying high impact use cases and driving implementation.
• Translate dynamic business processes into structured, system and AI executable workflows; develop clear BRDs and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive integration of automation capabilities with core HR systems (e.g., People, Workday) and foundational tools (e.g., Bitable/Base) to build scalable solutions.
• Support adoption of new tools and ways of working through training, enablement, and best practice sharing.
