You will operate as trusted advisor to executive leaders, lead organizational design, workforce planning, and macro business architecture, building future-state models that align with national security goals and data sovereignty. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and scalable structures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience as a strategic HR Business Partner with organizational design experience in technical and corporate environments.
• Proven transformation track record leading complex organizational changes.

Responsibilities

• Executive Advisory: serve as strategic HR partner translating priorities into data-driven people strategies.
• Macro Organizational Diagnostics: identify structural pain points and inefficiencies across client lines.
• Root-Cause Architecture: perform root-cause analyses and implement scalable structural solutions.
• Structural Design & Evaluation: design engineering, security, and corporate org structures for optimal performance.
• Transformation & Realignment Roadmaps: develop change business cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Workforce Segmentation: lead headcount modeling for long-term capacity planning.
• Leadership Coaching: coach leaders on navigating change and building high-performing teams.
• COE Collaboration: partner with TA, Compensation, D&I, L&D to deploy talent programs.
