Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Americas employment regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, with the ability to write policy documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage high-volume Americas HR operational workflows across the employee lifecycle.
• Leverage AI tools and data analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Partner with HRBPs, Legal, IT, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Design, document, and maintain SOPs for offboarding and transfers.
• Collaborate with HRIS and engineering on automated workflows and AI-assisted validation.
• Monitor HR operations metrics and present insights to leadership.
• Lead projects to standardize HR operations practices and roll out new tools.
