Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC seeks an experienced HR Operations Lead to drive excellence in HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You will manage HR systems, data, and reporting to enable compliant, efficient people services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing HR operations teams.
• Proficiency in MS Suite, HRIS, Workday, and other HR technology tools.
• Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders and employees.
• Expert knowledge of compliance, labor law requirements, and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own core HR operational processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee record maintenance, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
• Work closely with HRBPs, Business Leaders, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility and Immigration, Employee Relations, and Legal to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data across HRIS and related systems; act as HR systems owner (Workday, Equifax, Sterling).
• Use HR data to identify trends, risks, process gaps, and recommend solutions for workforce and operational challenges.
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and documentation in response to regulatory changes.
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying root causes of recurring issues and implementing scalable solutions.
