Job summary

Applitrack is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join a public school district. The position requires a minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in HR, compliance, auditing, payroll, HRIS, state reporting, or data analysis, with a preference for experience in a Washington public school district.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and years of experience may substitute for the degree.

Requirements:

A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, compliance, auditing, payroll, Human Resources information systems, state reporting, data analysis, or a closely related field is required. Experience in a Washington public school district is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in job related area preferred. Years of experience in School District Human Resources may substitute for degree.

• Knowledge of credits/clock hours and experience.
• Knowledge of state reporting requirements (e.g. S275, EE Tool, SEES Report, etc.)
• Knowledge of auditing techniques.
• Knowledge of OSPI certification guidelines.
• Knowledge of Unemployment reporting requirements.
