Job summary

Puyallup School District is seeking a Frontline Applicant Tracking administrator with a solid background in human resources, compliance, auditing, payroll, and data analysis. The role requires a minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience and familiarity with state reporting requirements.

Preferred candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, though years of experience may substitute for the degree. Washington public district experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in HR, compliance, auditing, payroll, HRIS, state reporting, data analysis, or a closely related field.
• Experience in a Washington public school district preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a job related area preferred; years of experience may substitute for degree.
• Knowledge of credits/clock hours and experience.
• Knowledge of state reporting requirements (e.g. S275, EE Tool, SEES Report, etc.).
• Knowledge of auditing techniques.
• Knowledge of OSPI certification guidelines.
• Knowledge of Unemployment reporting requirements.
