Qualifications

• Minimum three years of progressively responsible HR-related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; years of district HR experience may substitute for degree.
• Knowledge of credits/clock hours and experience.
• Knowledge of state reporting requirements (S275, EE Tool, SEES).
• Knowledge of auditing techniques.
• Knowledge of OSPI certification guidelines.
• Knowledge of unemployment reporting requirements.
