• Assists managers on personnel matters and disciplinary actions as required.
• Processes payroll regularly with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Administers workers' compensation program and liaises with carrier.
• Manages employee benefits program and open enrollment.
• Maintains HR filing system and records.
• Supports safety procedures and attends departmental meetings.
• Leads data collection, analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
